"…books and movies are the best way to ignite our imagination so that we can at least begin the steps towards understanding what war is like, and the cause and effect of combat." — Matt Dallas
PLEASE CONTRIBUTE NOW at www.thunderroadfilm.com to help Matt Dallas, Steven Grayhm & Charlie Bewley bridge the gap between the general public and the men and women who have actually experienced the realities of war.
Post-traumatic stress disorder afflicts millions: each day, more veterans’ lives are lost to suicide than those who die in combat. Dr. Norman Rosenthal, Marine Stephen Cochran, and actors Matt Dallas & Steven Grayhm lift the veil on this complex disorder.
Please contribute to Thunder Road Film and help start the conversation about the struggles and triumphs of our veterans…any amount will do!

Don’t forget, Matt really needs YOUR help to raise funds to make his feature film, Thunder Road. Please donate TODAY via the Thunder Road Indiegogo Page! No amount too small, and every contribution helps.
Editorial for Astoria Entertainment (July-August 2011)
In the summer of 2011, I was asked to join the production company Astoria Entertainment, co-owned and run by the actors Steven Grayhm, Matt Dallas, and Charlie Bewley. I followed the three of them as they toured across the country for the research documentary “Into The Heart Of America”. The subject of the project is to see how veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are transitioning back into civilian life. A film based on the research is titled “Thunder Road” and is currently in the works.
Let’s hear it for Matt & his Astoria Entertainment colleagues, Steven Grayhm, Charlie Bewley (& Production Assistant/Researcher, Jupiter Baudot)! The script for upcoming feature film Thunder Road (penned by Steven) has just been registered with the Writers Guild of America. The research roadtrip and journey towards the finished film will be documented on film as Into the Heart of America: A Soldier’s Story.
