Editorial for Astoria Entertainment (July-August 2011)

In the summer of 2011, I was asked to join the production company Astoria Entertainment, co-owned and run by the actors Steven Grayhm, Matt Dallas, and Charlie Bewley.  I followed the three of them as they toured across the country for the research documentary “Into The Heart Of America”.  The subject of the project is to see how veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are transitioning back into civilian life.  A film based on the research is titled “Thunder Road” and is currently in the works.  

The first photo was featured in the Hollywood Reporter and on the Just Jared blog.

The second photo was featured in the Detroit Free Press.

Let’s hear it for Matt & his Astoria Entertainment colleagues, Steven Grayhm, Charlie Bewley (& Production Assistant/Researcher, Jupiter Baudot)! The script for upcoming feature film Thunder Road (penned by Steven) has just been registered with the Writers Guild of America. The research roadtrip and journey towards the finished film will be documented on film as Into the Heart of America: A Soldier’s Story.

The Astoria Entertainment Boys (Jupiter Baudot, Steven Grayhm, Charlie Bewley and Matt Dallas) with Rob Daly at the Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 premiere (Nov 14, 2011).

Matt and Steven Grayhm will attend the upcoming premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 at the Nokia Theatre, LA in support of their Astoria Entertainment buddy, Charlie Bewley - who also happens to play Demetri of the Volturi in the Saga. The premiere will take place on November 14, but if you’re thinking of trying to catch a glimpse of Matt et al, please check out the OFFICIAL rules & regulations concerning lining up and camping out.
